¹ Member status applies only to delegates whose membership in the organizing societies (EAP or ESPR) is active and paid at the time of registration and remains valid during the Congress. Members must identify their society when registering. The membership details provided will be verified.
² This rate is available to allied health professionals (e.g., nurses, nutritionists, pharmacists, therapists), who are employed in hospitals or private practices. To receive the reduced price, please upload a confirmation, certificate, or comparable proof of status during registration. You may also upload this form once it has been completed and signed or stamped by your employer.
³ An Early Career Investigator is defined as someone under 36 years of age at the time of the congress. Exceptions for participants over 36 years of age may be considered on an individual basis. (For example due to maternity leave, serious illness or differences in the timeline of their degree, if the content of the abstract relates to work from a primary postgraduate degree (MD/PhD), completed within 2 years of submission of the abstract). To receive the reduced price, please upload a confirmation, certificate, or comparable proof of status during registration. You may also upload this form once it has been completed and signed or stamped by your employer.
⁴ This option is only available to you if you currently work and live in a low income country (as classified by the World Bank Country Classification: low-income; lower-middle-income).
⁵ You have to be a current student. During registration, you will have to provide your student ID or another document proving your student status.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the congress office (cepas@eurokongress.de).

The following cancellation fees apply:

Until 31 July 2026	Full refund minus a € 45 processing fee
From 1 August 2026 onward	No refund

Workshops and Pre-Congress Courses

• If only a workshop or pre-congress course is cancelled (while the congress registration remains valid), the following applies:
  - Until 31 July 2026: 100% refund of the course fee (minus a € 25 processing fee).
  - From 1 August 2026 onward: No refund of the course fee.
• Substitution of a registered participant in a course is possible free of charge, subject to availability.

Additional terms

• Name changes (substitutions) are permitted at any time without additional cost.
• In the case of no-shows, the full registration fee is due.
