Ethical Compliance and Professional Accreditation

We are committed to maintaining the highest ethical and educational standards.

CEPAS 2026 is being developed in full alignment with European compliance standards, with applications to MedTech Europe and EACCME to be submitted in due course. As the congress takes place in France, all activities will meet both national and European regulatory requirements.

At its core, the congress is built around independent, high-quality scientific content, ensuring it serves as a credible and valuable platform for continuing medical education in paediatrics.

EACCME Accreditation Progress

We're applying for European Accreditation for Continuing Medical Education.

Participants will earn CME credits recognized internationally.

Medical professionals can fulfill development requirements while expanding knowledge.

MedTech & EFPIA Commitments

CEPAS is undergoing the MedTech Europe CVS assessment to validate compliance.

This confirms our independence and alignment with ethical guidelines.

We create a transparent environment for healthcare professionals and industry partners.

The Conference Vetting System (CVS) is an independently managed initiative in the healthcare sector that evaluates the compliance of third-party educational events with the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice and the Mecomed Code of Business Practice. The system determines whether member companies of MedTech Europe and Mecomed may support such events through educational grants or commercial activities such as exhibition booths, advertising, or satellite symposia.

Since January 1, 2021, MedTech Europe and the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) have operated a joint platform to assess Third-Party Organised Educational Events (TPOEs) — the Conference Vetting System (CVS).
